Construction and Components
  • Stainless steel rack can be repositioned to fit samples of different heights. For heavier loads, optional reinforced shelves are available, supporting up to 80 kg per tier.
  • Side-mounted cable ports on both walls allow flexible connections for power or instrumentation from any direction. Multi-port configurations can also be customized to handle setups requiring a larger number of cables. Durable soft rubber plugs maintain a tight seal across a wide temperature range and have a long service life.
  • A large, clear observation window with multi-layer tempered glass and an anti-condensation heating element makes it easy to monitor samples throughout testing without fogging.
  • The interior is precision-welded with automated equipment and sealed using high-integrity gaskets to keep the chamber airtight.
  • For water supply, a dual tank system combines a fixed reservoir and a removable handheld tank that can be refilled during operation without interrupting the test process.

For air-cooled models, performance specifications are based on an ambient temperature of 25 °C and relative humidity of ≤85% measured with the chamber empty. For water-cooled models, reference conditions are an ambient temperature between 15 °C and 35 °C, relative humidity of ≤85%, and cooling water temperature of ≤ 28℃, also measured without test samples inside the chamber.
